Erste Bank is among the top 3 major players in the Hungarian banking market with 129 branches and 420 ATMs. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, they introduced the Erste Queueing app, which we developed for them.
ABOUT THE ERSTE QUEUING APP
Thanks to the application, Erste customers can join a virtual queue even before arriving to the bank allowing them to do their banking business more quickly and comfortably, thus saving valuable time. It improves customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Our contribution wasn’t limited to just developing the app: we helped Erste Bank with the whole process of going mobile, including creating a Mobile Design Guideline, managing their developer account in various app stores as well as training Erste employees. Another interesting aspect of the project was that we managed to build a test system that was basically the exact replica of Erste’s system. This allowed us to guarantee maximum quality.
The application proved to be very successful, and it’s also due to these innovations that Erste Bank won the ‘Most innovative bank of the year’ award at the annual 2015 Mastercard awards.
